4. Payment & Scheduling

Project timelines and pricing will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Payment terms are typically net 15 unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions & Delivery

We aim to deliver high-quality, customized audio services. Reasonable revisions are included; however, excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional charges. Final deliverables are transferred via secure file delivery.

6. Liability

Soup Audio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of delivered audio files. Clients are responsible for final use and distribution.

7. Changes to Terms

Soup Audio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
